Demolish Various Facilities at NASO

The work includes demolition of various facilities at NAS Oceana, Virginia Beach, Virginia and NALF Fentress, Chesapeake, Virginia. Buildings, structures, and utility connections are among the facility types to be demolished. Two wings of Building 460 (Navy Gateway Inn) shall be demolished, leaving the remaining core of the building intact. Work shall also include the construction of a new storage building on the flight line at NAS Oceana and incidental related work. This project will completely demolish 16 infrastructures and portions of one facility and construct one new storage building. These infrastructures are excess to the requirements of the using Activity and are beyond economical repair.
