The work includes Demolish Snug Harbor Officers Club, Building 3056 at JEB Little Creek- Fort Story, Virginia.  Remove the structure in its entirety including all footings, foundations, exterior walls, roof structures, roofing types, doors, windows, concrete floor slabs, wood floors, floor finishes, concrete slabs surrounding building, asphalt pavement, wood landscape timbers, utility terminations, backfill with beach sand and grade, signs, guard posts. Relocate power feed to building 3693 and incidental related work.

The work includes Demolish Small Boat House, Building 3436. Remove the structure in its entirety including all footings, foundations, exterior walls, roof structures, roofing types, doors, windows, concrete floor slabs, wood floors, floor finishes, concrete slabs surrounding building, asphalt pavement, wood landscape timbers, utility terminations, backfill with beach sand and grade. Remove wood outline structures, elevated wood platform with wood railing, wood planters, 4 x 4 post, sign, guard post and incidental related work.

The work includes the demolition of Building 509, removal of all demolition debris including the building foundations, utility terminations, earthwork to backfill, grade and seed demolition areas and incidental related work.

The work includes Demolish Cape Henry Officers Club, Building 1102. Remove the structure in its entirety including all footings, foundations, exterior walls, roof structures, roofing types, doors, windows, concrete floor slabs, wood floors, floor finishes, concrete slabs surrounding building, asphalt pavement, wood landscape timbers, utility terminations, backfill with beach sand and grade. Remove wood outline structures, elevated wood platform with wood railing, wood planters, 4 x 4 post, sign, guard post and incidental related work.
