The proposed project is for an The Entry Control Complex includes a 1,754 SF Visitor Center/Pass & ID Office; 328 SF Gatehouse; optional 61 SF Guard Booth; optional 152 SF Commercial Vehicle Inspection Office; 54 SF Overwatch; Entry Canopy; 50 SF Personnel Shelter; 61 SF Sentry Booth; 11-space parking lot; approximately 1,400 LF of 4-lane divided, asphalt entrance/exit roadway; security fencing; vehicle barrier systems; and pavement markings/roadway signage.

Realignment of S.W. 288th Street consists of approximately 2,100 LF of 4-lane asphalt, divided county roadway; 2-lane, a 4-leg roundabout; and approximately 2,100 LF of concrete sidewalk.
