Building J-50 and KBB Renovation

The award includes the renovations of portions of Buildings J-50 and Building KBB. This project is a multi-phased project.

Building J-50:   Area is approximately 27,600 square feet of building renovation.  The majority of the renovations include providing additional mechanical equipment, additional electrical and telecommunication fixtures, reconfiguring and creating new rooms, reworking existing room finishes, providing new office furniture, new audio/visual systems including equipment.

Building KBB:    Area is approximately 6,500 square feet of building renovation.  The renovations include the complete demolition of the existing spaces and new construction to create several offices, multi-purpose storage areas, sprinkler riser room, and a mechanical room.
