As a family-oriented company, Southeast Cherokee Construction, Inc. (SCC) instills a set of values in each employee. Those values center around safety which will allow everyone to return home safely. Safety for each project begins before the first shovel hits the ground and ends after the last paper is filed. We are able to accomplish this through a series of preplanned activities which includes all necessary AHA/JSA for each task, continued training, preparatory meetings, toolbox talks, and an open door policy to all employees.
