Southeast Cherokee Construction, Inc. (SCC) is both a certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) as well as a Native-American Owned Business established in 1983 and headquartered in Montgomery, AL.
Southeast Cherokee Construction, Inc. (SCC) has successfully completed projects on 24 different federal and military installations throughout the Southeast with contract values ranging from $250,000 to $26,000,000 including Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, New Construction, Renovations, Repairs, Improvements and Upgrades, Expansions and Additions, Alterations, Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing Upgrades, Sitework, Roadwork and other General Construction.
This work has been performed through multiple MATOC/MACC/SATOC/IDIQ-type contracts.
SCC is approved for NAICS code 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) as well as an additional (10) NAICS codes, including Industrial Construction, Utility Work, Highways, Streets, and Bridges, and Heavy Construction.
SCC maintains an annual bonding capacity of $40M per single project and aggregate capacity of $100M.
Ms. Lynn M. Carter serves as the sole officer of the corporation, retaining 100% of stock interests.
