The purpose of this effort is to design and construct a fuel storage and distribution system for four existing 2 Mw diesel emergency generators. Work shall include the installation of a fuel storage tank with a holding capacity of 22,000 useable gallons, fuel pumps, piping, valves, electrical connections, and controls. The intent is to provide a standby fuel capacity for 96 hours of operation for three of the four emergency generators. Design and install an above ground, horizontal, fully-enclosed, concrete encased, double wall steel fuel storage tank capable of holding 22,000 useable gallons.
