Site-Wide Fire and Hazard Detection System

The award is to install a new addressable voice evacuation fire alarm system in Buildings 2310 that will provide detection and notification in Buildings 2311, 2315, 2316 and 2317, to include a new Monaco BT-XF transceiver. Modify the existing fire alarm systems in Buildings 3300, 3305, 4110, 4210, 4120, 4122, 4220, 4400 and 4995, to monitor, supervise and control the new sprinkler systems.  Install sprinkler systems in Buildings 3300, 3304, 3305, 4110, 4210, 4400, 4995. Install camera poles, conduit and wiring for cameras per the drawings, note (cameras will be provided and installed by others). Install new egress stairs on E-1 Test stand. Install fire sprinklers in the test area tunnels In Building 4010, demolish 2 pre-action systems and install one new pre-action system and one new sprinkler system.
