“A” Complex HPIW

Replacement of existing 66 inch valve located in valve vaults serving a test stand with a new 66 inch gate valve. Installed new lined 75 inch steel piping from valve vault to replace existing and replaced the existing 75 inch gate valve in the existing valve vault with a new 72 inch gate valve to mate to existing pipe flange. The concrete top of valve was permanently removed and replaced by a safety rail system. Installed a new 66 inch GFE valve in the existing valve vault to serve the test stand.
