ANG Common Grounds Station

Project is complete renovation of the existing Intelligence Squadron facility, Building 495 and includes the reconfiguration of the existing 12,900 square foot building and addition of 10,000 square feet of new construction. New roof systems to include structural and renovations to existing exterior walls as well as new exterior walls, updating existing finishes and updating & extending existing electrical systems. Update & extend existing plumbing systems and existing Air Conditioning System and install new heating systems.
