Anniston DHS Center For Domestic Preparedness (CDP) Design/Build and Construction MATOC

Southeast Cherokee Construction, Inc. awarded one of five (5) 5-Year IDIQ Anniston DHS Center For Domestic Preparedness (CDP) Design/Build and Construction MATOC contracts for work to support DHS projects within the Mobile District’s AOR, under Contract Number W9127826DA046.
The Anniston DHS MATOC value is $49,000,000 with Task Orders ranging from $1,000,000 – $15,000,000.
The work to be provided will be Design-Build (DB) and Design-Bid-Build (DBB) projects for both full-service repair and new construction of real property facilities and/or their systems and components with wide variance in complexity and scope.
Scopes of Task Order work will include projects such as large-scale asbestos & LBP abatement; construction of large metal buildings with rooftop solar panel installations and associated off grid battery storage and mini grid distribution systems; large scale complete building HVAC replacements; complete building renovations to include all new exterior and interior finishes, electrical systems, & mechanical systems.
