Building 550 Replace HVAC and Remediate Mold Issues

This project is the replacement and re-work of Building 550’s HVAC system to provide reliable cooling, improve humidity control and create a healthier indoor environment.
These improvements are essential to establishing a safe and comfortable workspace for building occupants while also protecting sensitive government equipment.
In addition to the HVAC replacement, the project includes comprehensive remediation of mold damage caused by past system deficiencies. This effort will address impacted interior finishes such as carpet, ceiling tiles and other building materials to fully restore the facility.
Supporting site improvements, utility connections, and system commissioning will ensure long-term efficiency and compliance.
