Alter the existing interior by selective demolition of existing interior partitions, doors, finishes, fixtures, and associated mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression systems. New work includes a revised interior layout, fixtures, finishes, doors, partitions, and window treatments, with new plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems and modifying the fire suppression system to go with the new space layout. The exterior work consists of repointing the exterior brick, caulking windows, and repairs to the roof and canopies.
