Repairs and upgrade to the 12,375 square feet building to include existing restrooms, locker rooms, and replacement of the fixtures, walls, ceilings, finishes, and construct three (3) new canopies. Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and tools and perform all operations necessary to Install Lightning Protection.

The work under this project consists of repairing by replacement of the existing cooling tower F642 and converting the system into a Hybrid Geothermal System in which the existing well fields are to remain. Modifications in nine building mechanical rooms to provide Primary / Secondary systems for the ACC Campus that are currently on the system. Provide filtration system options to clean the existing water system location with the nine buildings at JBLE-Langley
