Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, tools and perform all operations necessary to expand the existing secure parts storage vault in Facility 777. The existing office space will be demolished to provide room for the expansion. The Fire alarm system for the building will be replaced with a mass notification system and the sprinkler system will be modified as required for the new storage area.

The building will remain occupied during normal business hours. The contractor shall provide temporary heating and cooling any time the existing or new system is not on-line.
