Design and construct one (1) new un-sprinklered 140ft-3in x 85ft-3in with a 24ft-0in eave height in pre-engineered steel structured metal buildings at Selma MHSS. The new structure shall not exceed 11,999 sf in total. The existing tent structures that were located at the site have been removed by the impact of a recent storm in the area. However, construction shall include any required demolition that may have resulted from the removal of the existing tent structures. The design and construction of the warehouse shall include excavation and installation of grade beams and footings for the warehouse, the supply and installation of two (2) 20’-0” x 20’-0” overhead garage doors for the warehouse, the supply and installation of three (3) personnel doors for the warehouse, and the supply and installation of all electrical requirements per code.
