Construction of a new approximately 12,000SF KC-46A General Purpose Warehouse. The facility will provide storage and support space for KC-46A aircraft operations and includes a concrete foundation and floor slab, CMU construction, metal building systems, exterior wall panels, metal roofing, overhead and personnel doors, interior finishes, and a mezzanine.
The project also includes complete plumbing, HVAC, fire-protection, electrical, lighting, telecommunications, fire alarm, and mass-notification systems. Site development consists of demolition, earthwork, grading and drainage, concrete and asphalt paving, pavement markings, fencing, landscaping, and extensive utility improvements, including water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, electrical distribution, and telecommunications infrastructure.
