This project is the construction of a new, approximately 5,000-square-foot unoccupied storage warehouse.
The facility features a pre-engineered metal building system with insulated metal roof and wall panels, and high-performance air barrier assemblies.
The warehouse is ventilated but unconditioned, with no plumbing fixtures, and includes integrated fire suppression, fire alarm, lightning protection, electrical, telecommunications, and mechanical ventilation systems.
Project scope also includes site preparation, grading, drainage, utility connections, and infrastructure improvements, along with environmental compliance measures addressing soil and groundwater conditions.
