Repair Failing HVAC 1MXS, Facility 361, JBLE-Langley, VA
Design Build effort to repair the failing HVAC system at F. 361. The scope of work consists of repairing the failing HVAC at F.361 by replacing the existing water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, and air-cooled chillers. The project will also change the piping configuration for the air-cooled chiller and replacing two motor control center-mounted VFDs with new wall-mounted units.
