Revitalization of Building 4666
This project completely revitalized Building 4666 (2- story office building) to create sustainable office space in accordance with Agency and Federal requirements, codes and goals. This project included work to replace 40+ year old substandard building system components including mechanical (HVAC, plumbing and piping), electrical, architectural, elevator, fire alarm and protection system, updated connection to the center’s UCS system, ADA compliance issues, and removal of any asbestos and lead paint, as well as demolition of interior components to be included to allow for the best space utilization to support flexible use of the building.
