Tracking Equipment Support Facility

The work will include construction of a 15,375 SF insulated metal Tracking Equipment Storage Facility. The facility will include 3 (three) 25 ft. by 75 ft. drive-thru bays with 16 ft. roll-up doors, 2 (two) 35 ft. by 75 ft. drive-thru bays with 20 ft. roll-up doors and 1 (one) bay with a heavy truck lift. The proposed project includes a 10-ton overhead crane, an enclosed technician work area, work/customer area, and restrooms. Lightning protection, exhaust system, fire protection and alarm systems, heating, air conditioning for the enclosed technical work areas, and building information systems will be installed. Supporting facilities include connection to necessary utilities, concrete vehicle aprons, perimeter fence with security gates, landscaping and site improvements. Anti-terrorism measures and access for individuals with disabilities will be provided.
