Southeast Cherokee Awarded Regionalized Multiple Award Construction Contract II (MACC-II)

Southeast Cherokee Construction, Inc. awarded one of the prime contracts of the NASA Regionalized Multiple Award Construction Contract II (MACC-II).
The MACC II is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting a broad range of construction services, including new construction, additions, alterations, maintenance and repair, demolition, and design-build projects. Work may encompass industrial facilities and associated mechanical, civil, electrical, structural, utility, HVAC, and site systems, as well as LEED, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and other specialized construction requirements.
The contract primarily supports NASA facilities at John C. Stennis Space Center (SSC), Johnson Space Center (JSC), including White Sands Test Facility (WSTF), Kennedy Space Center (KSC), and Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), including Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF). MACC-II may also support emergency response to natural disasters and other emergencies, and, with SSC Procurement Officer approval, may be utilized by other NASA Centers and Federal tenants at NASA facilities.
