Southeast Cherokee Awarded Joint Base Langley-Eustis MACC II

Southeast Cherokee Construction, Inc. awarded one of (8) 6-Year IDIQ MACC II contracts for work to be performed on Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia and Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina.

The JBLE MACC II value is $400,000,000 with Task Orders ranging from $1,000,000 – $50,000,000.

The work to be provided will be Design-Build (DB) and Design-Bid-Build (DBB) projects with broad ranges of both complexity and scope.

Scopes of Task Order work include maintenance; repair; alteration; electrical; heating/air conditioning; demolition; paving; earthwork and waterfront work in both family housing and industrial/office buildings; as well as new construction of buildings or facilities.
